Neuro. Semantics have it down to a fine art and the ‘Earthbound EP’ is no exception. Sky-scraping ambience, pounding beats and an undeniable sense of rhythm all add up in an equation that is precisely formulated to work the dancefloor, and work it hard!
With this EP, Mindtech have put together a selection of the Croydon producer’s finest cuts to date. ‘Silo’, with its metallic chords lending it an almost tech-step edge. ‘Too Close’ and ‘Optic’ are less in your face but absolutely rollin’ and ‘Wrong Turn’ rounds off the release with a flourish reminiscent of Future Signal.
Quite simply – essential.
